Basic Recording

This class is really designed for an absolute beginner. Yes, you’re a beginner when it comes to recording…but you have already unconsciously learned a great deal from being an avid music fan. One on one training, gives you the ability to take it slow, ask questions immediately, and get your ears and hands involved in a professional setting.

Intro To PRO TOOLS LE

If you’re looking for an introduction to the world of Pro Tools, taking this class is the way to go. You’ll gain valuable skills and cover basic PRO TOOLS principles.

• Making your first audio recording
• Importing media
• Selecting and navigating

Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and some audio recording knowledge, such as a basic understanding of recording techniques, processes, and equipment.

Songwriting

If you can sing we can produce it! Even if you don’t sing and/or don’t play an instrument, we have other options available or maybe you have you been writing lyrics and songs for years or do know someone who has but never had the confidence to do anything about it? This is truly the ultimate experience within the music recording industry…and where better to do it than in a professional recording studio.

Each gig comes with its own set of requirements for the performance to be successful. In order for the musicians and audience to enjoy the sound of a gig several important systems have to be set-up. This class will cover those systems. Learn from a sound engineer with 26 years of live sound experience in a actual venue with stage, lights and sound equipment.
