If you are a solo-artist, don’t have a band and want to record your songs with one, PRO STAR can make it happen. Do you also need assistance in writing lyrics or creating the music? Our years of experience are at your disposal. Jody Gray, our resident engineer/ producer/ musician, will work closely with you to shape and sculpt your songs…to help you capture them just the way you imagined. If you need help with pre-production. such as the lyrics or song development, Jeannette Goldman, our in-house music teacher and song writer, will be at your disposal. She has been writing and co-writing for over 25 years in all different styles of music.

If you need us to add instruments to your songs ask us about our in-house musician discount fee offered only to solo artists. There is no need to worry about finding musicians to play on your songs. We make the recording process easy. No need to worry about making any mistakes…you can always stop recording and continue where you left off. You can also copy the best sections of words or phrases from one section and paste them to another section (honestly, this is how the pros do it). Home Studio Projects

Let’s face it. There are a lot of decent home recording options available to musicians today. We have heard several good recordings done with this equipment.  There is, however, a limit to how professional a sound you can get with a home recrding set up. Unless you have high quality mics, pre amps, isolation areas, sound booths, etc.., you will have difficulties obtaining that “radio-ready” sound. Even if you do have access to all of the above, you will still need the mixing and mastering expertise to get the best out of your recordings.

PRO STAR will work with you to enhance your home recordings. We can offer you the opportunity to professionally record your drums, or vocals or even help with your mixing and mastering. In essence, we will allow you to  reduce your overall costs and increase your effectiveness by working together.
