What are your payment policies?
A deposit will be required to confirm all studio bookings. Such deposit shall be equal to 50% of the cost of the total time booked. Deposit must be received 7 days to 2 weeks prior to session. PRO STAR reserves the right to waive deposit requirement at its discretion. All block rates will require full payment 7 days prior to session.

No recordings will be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled and all checks tendered as payment have cleared PRO STAR’S account.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

What are your booking policies?
Notice of a client’s intent to cancel a session must be received no later than 72 hours (3 days) before such session. If notice is not received, the client shall be liable for the entire cost of the time booked.
